Nature Yoga Retreats

Transitioning from the indoor yoga studio to the floating kayak or paddleboard can also reignite a welcome state of playfulness that sometimes has gone dormant in our adult lives. Play is a vital part of being human at any age. Scientists have found that being playful relieves stress, unlocks creativity, forms new neural pathways, nurtures connection, and cultivates empathy.

Seeing how effortlessly yoga translates into the outdoor environment inspires us to bring the practice into other aspects of life, and reminds us of our deep and timeless roots in nature.

We’re going to weave yoga and nature together in a way that dissolves the boundaries between them, in our outdoor programs.

Following the key concept, we’re going to offer our own version of retreats to the participants, as a soothing break from their daily monotonous schedule. For many of them, the experience gained and the skills learned in meditation and yoga while being in the nature retreat will be life-changing.

In this paid retreat program, we will select 5 members from below poverty line who cannot afford luxury vacations and give them a re-energizing sessions and complete rest.
